A Nominee for LA Theatre's Ovation Award, founder of the Ecstatic Theatre Ensemble, Groundlings student (class with Jimmy Fallon) and Stand Up Comic performances including venues - Laugh Factory Hollywood, House of Comedy - Phoenix, The Comedy Store, Flappers Comedy Club, The Hollywood Comedy, Glendale ComicCure etc. She is a regular on WOLF LIVE app as a headliner/game show guest and hosts Cosmic Chats a YouTube. A member of the Global Comedy Club on Juel TV. A prolific voice over artist she can be heard in over 100 TV and Films with a specialty in young teens, British Boys, Scottish lassies, Aussie gals, period wenches/maids and sassy characters. She became a Vedic Meditation teacher after sustaining an injury working on the computer and founded Aware Meditation Inc. a non for profit company providing a self sufficient meditation technique in large numbers for underrepresented groups globally. She is a speaker at sober conferences addressing meditation techniques for; those in recovery with busy minds, pain management centers and inspirational speaker to first generation college students (which she was).
