His first feature "Lola's Love Shack" about three Latinx boys coming of age in Los Angeles earned a nod from Will Ferrell, who had this to say about it: "Heartfelt and silly. Patrick's sophomore feature "In Other Words" about love across the language barrier starred Chris Kattan, Edy Ganem, and Brian McClure and was picked up by HBO Max in 2020. It was named Best Comedy at the Sacramento International Film Festival.The movie "Divorce Bait" was shot during the pandemic of 2020, with no illnesses or injuries to speak of. He also edited the majority of his feature films. Patrick was born in Los Angeles, earned his BA in Anthropology from Columbia University, and MFA from UCLA Film School. For over a decade he could be heard on the Latinx political satire comedy talk show The Pocho Hour of Power on 90.7 KPFK where he wrote and performed political satire and sketch comedy.
