Mishael Morgan was born on July 15, in San Fernando, Trinidad. At the age of five, her family emigrated to Toronto, Canada. Mishael caught the acting bug at the age of ten, during her elementary school's production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat". She never pursued acting professionally, until a chance meeting with her, now agent, David Ritchie. Mishael studied Political Science at York University, and had just accepted an offer to Ottawa University's LLB program, when Ritchie convinced her, to try her hand at acting. Mishael impressed producers at her very first audition, landing her a role in Trey Songz "Wonder Woman" music video. A short ten months, and a couple roles later, Mishael scored her first series-regular role as Tracy Dupont-Roymont in YTV's "Family Biz"(2009). Since then, Mishael has continued to make her name known on both the small and big screens. Landing roles on hit television shows like, "The Best Years" (2009), "Republic of Doyle" (2012), and CW's "Beauty & The Beast" (2012). As well as features films like, "Beat The World" (2011), "Casino Jack" (2010) and "Total Recall" (2012). Most recently, Mishael's portrayal of Hilary Curtis on the "The Young and The Restless"(2018), landed her, her first Daytime Emmy Nomination.
Mishal Husain was born in England to Pakistani parents in 1973, and grew up in the Middle East and the U.K. Her interest in journalism was piqued in 1991 while interning at a local English-language Pakistani daily, where she quickly rose to the level of reporter, covering stories in such countries as Pakistan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Georgia. Fluent in Russian, she also taught English in Moscow during her stay in the former Soviet Republic. By 1995, having graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Law and an interest in international law and human rights, Miss Husain entered the European University Institute in Florence, Italy, where she earned her Masters. Beginning her career in television journalism, Husain went to work for Bloomberg Television. The grace with which she handled her on-air assignments caught the eye of the BBC, and led to her joining the network in 1998 as a producer. Soon after she transfered to the Economics and Business Unit, where she covered various topics relating to the business world. Her first work as a news anchor came in May of 2000, when she hosted the Singapore-based BBC show "Asia Business Report." Moving back to London, she co-anchored "World Business Report" in 2001 with Patrick O'Connell, where her stellar reporting on the September 11th attacks earned her the anchoring gig at "BBC World News" that November, where she remained until the spring of 2004. Mishaël Abia Lopes Cardozo (1972) is known for his roles in Game of Thrones and Vikings. Mishaël was born in a small town called Laren in North Holland. His parents are Jacques Lopes Cardozo (Dentist) and Annemarie van Leeuwen. He has two younger siblings Eva and Sharon Lopes Cardozo. Mishaël is an international swordmaster, a painter of fine arts, musician, coach and entrepreneur. As a young kid he was blessed and cursed with many talents. For his education he had to choose between Art school or conservatorium. Mishaël ended up studying Art at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in the Hague, He made his living as an artist and jazz musician. (drums & guitar). His hobby was historical fencing, which over the years became his new profession. In 2002 he founded his historical fencing club AMEK, which he turned into a company (HEMA, Events & Film) He introduced HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) in the Netherlands, which led to a rich and thriving subculture, consisting of many HEMA clubs scattered throughout the Netherlands. In the HEMA scene he is considered one of the top promotor of this ancient art and an authority on 15th century German fighting arts. He teaches in over 22 countries worldwide under the name 'Cardozo Swordsport' and initiated and co-founded the HEFFAC, the first coalition uniting all existing HEMA clubs in the lowlands, which led to official unions for this 'new' martial art. In 2008 Mishaël was knighted in Holland for his contribution to the reconstruction of the historical European martial heritage in the lowlands and was elevated to the Dutch Hall of Fame for Martial Arts in 2014. Winning three times the international championships for Stage Combat in Italy and many gold medals during his career as a HEMA tournament fighter, opened the door for him to the movie industry, where he was discovered by director Stefano Milla, who gave him his first role as Wilhelm in the motion picture Richard the Lionheart Rebellion. Mishaël plays a ruthless killer Knight and the right hand of Henry IV. This first role stirred Mishaël's interest in acting and led to further roles in the hit series Game of Thrones and Vikings. Apart from Acting and HEMA, Mishaël does Motion Capture for computer games and organizes workshops and demonstrations for company events. He likes to ride horses, shoot bow and arrow, throw knives and swing swords. Mishaël is a true knight in heart and soul. His wish and goal is to become the first Dutch action hero and bring authentic historical fencing back to the silver screen, combining his acting talent and his exceptional fighting skill to promote HEMA worldwide.
