Michael was born and raised in Zurich. Drawn in by his inspiring nature, his apartment in the old town has been a long term meeting point for many musicians, actors and artists. During his childhood, Michael was a member of the «Zurich Boys' Choir» («Zürcher Sängerknaben») and became the principal alto soloist. His performances in the «Zürich Opera House» («Opernhaus Zürich») and as a child actor in the town theatre «Schauspielhaus Zürich» created the basis for a variety of projects.
