Michael Pugliese
Michael Joseph Pugliese is a film maker from Toronto, Canada. Michael has a passion for film and his love for film is evident immediately, as he shows this naturally. Michael started performing as a child, landing roles in a number of commercials and independent films such as "Motives & Murders" (2012), "The Meeting" (2013) and "What's the use?" (2015). As the years went on, Michael continued to grow as a performer, studying at Toronto and LA performing studios, finding his way to build his craft. While his love continued to grow, Michael began writing screenplays. He wasn't pleased with the job opportunities that he was booking and decided to create his own. As time went on, Michael completed a dozen screenplays, from shorts to features. He began developing screenplays with a close friend, Prem Singh, who shares the same passion for film. Michael, along side Prem Singh, created and Co-Founded Running Tiger Films. Their production company developed "Downsizing" (2014) and "Occupants" (2015), both of which Michael starred in as the lead. Their most recent feature completed is "Tiger" (2018), directed by Alister Grierson. Michael and Prem co-wrote Tiger and starred alongside Academy Award Nominee Mickey Rourke and the star of Pretty Little Liars, Janel Parrish. Released in theatres November 30th, 2018. While on set of Tiger, Michael grew an interest for directing as he shadowed Alister, who taught him the way. As soon as Tiger wrapped, Michael was on a mission - to direct his first picture. As a few months went by, Michael found himself behind a monitor on the set of "Chiaroscuro" (2017), which he wrote, produced and had his directorial debut with. Whether it's in front of the camera or behind, Michael's passion and love for film making will continue to grow as the years go on.

Films credits include the lead in award winning feature film "Deadly Wordz," Co-star of the film "Club Dead" (produced by Dream Factory Entertainment), and featured in the first film by Don Cherel titled Sorta' Horny. Prominent directors/producers include Thomas Garber, Ryan Hope, Colin Tilley, Philip Andelman, Robert Hales, Lawrence Lamont, Joseph Kahn, Rich Lee, Justin Timberlake, Sean John and Loni Peristere (who Michael worked with on the first music video made by artificial intelligence).

Michael Q. Schmidt
Michael was born April 20, 1953 in Whittier, California. He attended the Saint Mary's Catholic School in "uptown" Whittier for 1st through 7th grades. In June of 1966 his family moved to the city of Placentia in Orange County, California, where Michael attended El Dorado. At the time, the school was still under construction and offered only the 7th through 10th grades... making it more than a middle school but less than a high school. At the end of each of the following two years, the school added an upper level class and dropped a lower level. Michael has the unusual honor to have graduated from El Dorado twice... once as an 8th grader in June of 1967, and again 4 years later in June of 1971 as a senior. Michael then attended the California State University at Fullerton, California (then only a State College}. In the late 90s, as the result of a lost bet, Michael began modeling for a local art class. The wager caused him to model one time at Fullerton Community College, but his natural nude ability impressed instructors so that they passed his name along to other teachers. By the end of 1999 Michael was on the model roster at all colleges, universities and art workshops in Southern California. In early 2000 he was contacted by an art director associated with Sony Pictures Imageworks Studios in Culver City, California, and based upon his robust stature and his superior reputation as an art-model, Michael was brought in to work with their CG animators to create the character of The Mountain Troll for the first of the Harry Potter films. This led to Michael's growing body of work as an actor. It was easy for Michael to make the jump to film and television where his enthusiasm, openness and creativity continue to entertain and amuse. Just as his work as a fine arts nude model taught him to share completely for artists, his ability to be totally open for strangers gave him the confidence to be in front of a camera with an ease respected by others. Michael's natural talent for comedy and drama has served him well in his projects. Michael is the "go-to" guy for any project needing a totally unabashed male. He has proudly shared his skin for many films and popular television programs.
