James Buckland was born in the United Kingdom on the 26th of April, 1988. He lived in Hong Kong from 1989 to 1997. He lived in the UK from 1997 to 2003. He moved to Australia in 2003 and currently lives in Perth, Western Australia. He started to develop more interest in film making and acting in 2006 after he graduated from All Saints' College. He went to TAFE from 2007 to 2008 doing certificate 3 and 4 of Screen and then Diploma of Screen. In 2009 he went to SAE to do a Bachelor of Film Production and graduated in 2012. He started to do more acting in 2011 where he joined Frog Management and has been involved in a handful of film productions around Perth and a few Drama Productions for Phoenix Theatre. At one point he did work experience in Hong Kong in 2011 with Ocean Vista Productions and did log entries for them.
