Disarmingly warm, Intellectually in Charge, Relentlessly protective... Over the course of the last 15 years, I raised 3 kids, taught for 12 years as Elementary music specialist, drove to Austin weekly for classes, auditions, and filming, signed with my first talent agent, booked 5 short films, 6 Independent films (Including Hulu film, A Teacher), 6 commercials, and 3 print ads. Whew! But wait.... Four years ago I expanded my TV and Film career to LA, where I landed an outstanding representation team, booked 2 TV Pilots, 4 TV shows, 4 short films, 3 print ads, 3 music videos, 8 commercials, Voiced the role of Rita Conners in Sony's VR game Groundhog Day: Like Father like son, ADR voices for Feature film, Commercial voice overs, lead role in Feature Retrograde Los Angeles, supporting role in Feature Samland, an SAG-AFTRA performer. OK, now I'm tired. :) Yet, it's thrilling to wake up and tell stories on screen as a woman experiencing real life. I enjoy helping local students as a tutoring specialist offering music enriched learning, Kindergarten through 7th grades and beginner Piano. I'm a huge fan of outdoor activities like hiking, family snow skiing adventures and daily walks with my sweet little black Chinese pug, Elvis. Why Acting? For me, performing is synonymous with being raised in a highly trained performing music family. So whether I was singing, playing French horn, or performing in musicals and plays, it was not only expected but also where I found big success early on. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Music from SNU. Just before graduating I met the love of my life and married performing and recording keyboard artist, attorney and focus group consultant, R. Bruce Phillips. We are creatives at heart who love traveling, snow skiing, amazing dining experiences, and spending time with our big kids and grand dogs.
