Benjamin Schnau is an actor, TV-host, producer and book author of the book 'The Reality of Hollywood', fluent in English and German plus conversational French, known for his critical role in Netflix production 'Mank' alongside Gary Oldman, in 'The current war' alongside Michael Shannon and 'Megastructures' produced by NatGeo available on Netflix. On top of that he is a TV-host for a variety of broadcast networks and hosted the red carpet of the American Heart Association in Los Angeles. At the age of 19 he joined the band 'Spectacoolair' which toured around Europe and established himself as a singer/songwriter throughout the years. He wrote the song "Anything else' which was number one on the Viralcharts in 2018. He is a professionally trained boxer and experienced in stage and weapon combats. Benjamin began his Broadway career in "Avenue Q", the 2009 revival of "Ragtime" and helped develop the Pulitzer Prize winning musical "Next to Normal". In 2007 he began work-shopping Trey Parker and Matt Stone's Broadway mega-hit "The Book of Mormon" and went on to be a member of the original TONY winning Broadway cast. In addition to his performing career Benjamin is also a director where his work can often be seen at the world famous Magic Castle in Los Angeles where he consults and performs magic.
