An accomplished Martial Arts background led Ben to Chuck Norris and the film industry in the early 70s. It was at Chuck's home in Palos Verdes, CA, while training with Chuck, that the phone rang. It was a director inviting Chuck to consider his first starring role in "Breaker Breaker". Ben and Chuck drove to Hollywood Hills to meet the Director, and that was the start of Ben's film career. Ben won the World Karate Championships in Seoul, Korea, and holds Black Belts in 6 different styles. A native Vancouverite, Benjamin displayed his love of performing from the age of 2, when he pointed eagerly at the television screen and said "Benjamin get in there!" There was no denying this passion which now extends to creating his own scripts, films, and animated shorts, which he casts starring his family members, good friends, and, oftentimes, strangers. Benjamin booked his first role at the age of 5, a Blueberries commercial. Shortly thereafter, he played the main character as a child in Public Schooled (2017), which has won numerous awards and critical acclaim. However, he has recently discovered another favorite aspect of performing; voice acting. He booked his first voice role in November of 2017, Nina's World (2015), and has worked non-stop in this niche since, booking recurring roles on new animated series such as Chip and Potato (2018), Gigantosaurus (2019), Dinosaur Train (2009), and Pup Academy (2019).
