Benjamin Glossop is an American actor, television personality, and former professional athlete. He is best known as an actor and stunt artist in film and for his long running role as an extreme sports television host and color commentator. In 2012, he was nominated for Best TV Commentator at the Florida MMA Awards. He was born in Jacksonville, IL and grew up in the nearby, rural community of Virginia, IL. He has English and Irish ancestry. He attended Northern Illinois University and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personal / Interpersonal Communications. He was a two sport athlete in college representing both the NIU Taekwondo team and the NIU Men's Volleyball team. Glossop was a Professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter and a Professional Kickboxer. He holds black belt ranks in Olympic Taekwondo and American Karate, and he is a 1st degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is a well known combatives and tactical instructor working with Law Enforcement agencies and military personnel, nationwide. He was also a firefighter and Emergency Rescue Technician for 8 years. Since 2001 he has been a certified Personal Trainer and he is a Strength Coach, and CrossFit Kettlebell Instructor, as well. He is a motivational speaker and often a featured guest on tactical & survivalist themed podcasts. Glossop currently has TV and film productions in the works and is available for casting.

Benjamin Griffin was born on 8th February 1987 in London to Kim Griffin a a film producer and Tony Griffin, a Fashion photographer. Benjamin attended Colfes Independent School in Lee and then attended Ravensbourne school of Art where he attained a degree in Animation and computer graphics. Benjamin's love of acting originated from his school plays and now apart from Commercial and photographic work, he has since completed an independent film entitled "Requiem" to be released in 2016.
