Alessandra Angeli was born on the 2nd of October, 1987, in Lucca, Tuscany, Italy. Once obtained the diploma in Languages, she studies Cinema and achieves the degree in "Cinema and Electronic Image" at University of Pisa in July 2009. Here she develops her passion for direction and, at the same time, she attends acting courses. She starts making various short films and videos, always playing the leading role. She studies modern dance and hip-hop. Dreaming of fighting near her cinema heroines, she also studies medieval fencing. Occasionally she works in TV for adv. spots, as interviewer, talk show-woman, etc. She tries to be known by participating in beauty contests, winning some sashes, fashion shows and making photo shoots. After her first bit parts in films and fictions like "L'Uomo Privato", "Io ti Assolvo", "Eaters", "The Whitch", "Una Vita da Sogno", "The China Story"..., since 2010 she finally starts acting as main character and co-star in independent films: vamp actress in "Lavati Ovidio", military in "VirtualZone" and dancer in "Una Ragione per Combattere". Waiting for her next roles, now Alessandra is carrying out her first film projects as director, where she also plays one of her characters.

Italian ballet dancer from Milan. In 1992 she received from La Scala the title of Prima Ballerina Assoluta. Over her career, she was étoile of the Royal Ballet Theatre from 1983 to 1985, The American Ballet Theatre from 1985 to 2007, and La Scala di Milano from 1992 to 2007. Alessandra Ferri began to study at La Scala Ballet School and subsequently at the Royal Ballet Upper School in London. In 1980, after winning the Prix de Lausanne, she joined the Royal Ballet Company and became Prima Ballerina at the age of 19. In 1985, Mikhail Baryshnikov invited her to the American Ballet Theater where she stayed until 2007. She has worked with notable choreographers including Jirí Kylián, John Neumeier and Roland Petit. Her numerous awards include the Sir Lawrence Olivier Award, the Dance Magazine Award, the New York Times Dancer of the Year Award and the Benois de la Danse.
